Refunds and returns

At The Nour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you receive your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thenour.it and request return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

All original tags, labels, accessories, and protective elements must be attached and intact.

The item must not show any signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

The Nour reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment through a courier service of their choice.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as The Nour cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within fourteen (14) business days from receipt and verification of the returned item. Depending on the payment provider and financial institution, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary.

In any event, refunds will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date the return is accepted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Identification Tag

All products sold by The Nour are supplied with an identification tag and single-use security seal.

To be eligible for a return, the identification tag and security seal must remain attached, intact, and unaltered.

We kindly ask customers to try on products without removing the identification tag.

Returns of products with removed, damaged, altered, or missing identification tags and/or security seals will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer.
