Refunds and returns

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returns must be made within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the package.

Products can be returned by shipment through a courier service after contacting commerciale@thenour.it and requesting return authorization, following the standard procedure.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

1. The request must be made within fourteen (14) working days.
2. Products must not have been washed, worn, or damaged.
3. The tag and labels must still be attached to the item.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the returned package, after verifying that it meets the return conditions.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
You will receive a confirmation email once the items have been approved for return.

Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used and your financial institution, but will in any case be completed within thirty (30) days.

IDENTIFICATION TAG

All products for sale include an identification tag with a single-use seal.
When returning an item, this tag must not be removed or damaged.
We kindly invite you to try on the product without removing the tag.
Returns without the original tag and seal will not be accepted.
